Vance Pierce, formerly of Peoria, has been named to the new position of coordinator of intercultural life at Monmouth College.

Pierce's primary duties will include providing international and minority students with scholarship, internship and employment information, as well as programming that enriches their college experience.

The new coordinator will oversee such existing programs as Black History Month and the Intercultural Festival, while developing new ones, such as a Cultures in America series.  more >>
