Combining his experiences as a U.S. Army officer with his lifelong love of music, Wilmington resident and author James C. Braye created a suitable title for his book, “Marching To The Music.”

The 72-year-old Norfolk, VA native has lived in Wilmington for the past 20 years following a storied career in which he held several positions ranging from a commissioned officer in the Armed Forces to a placement counselor at The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Braye is a businessman, singer, politician, member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and obviously, a writer.   more >>
