Sometimes, the best kind of love is the tough kind, and Joseph H. Haley could dish it out with the best of them.
Chicago policeman Maurice Jackson, remembers when he was a student at Marcus Garvey Elementary School in the 1970s. He was acting up in class and was sent to the assistant principal's office to be disciplined.
