Amanda Castle's father always told her not to get old and to exercise.

The retired teacher touches her toes every day and is too busy volunteering in the community to worry about being 88 years old.

We've all heard the phrase be careful with strangers because you might be entertaining angels unaware, and no one knows this best than young author Montré Bible. Already born with such a unique name, Montré which is french meaning "to show", wrote his first novel at 24.
